Recycle Day Events

Our primary focus is partnering with Lake County to coordinate Recycle Day events at the Silver Bay Municipal Airport. These events give residents a free, convenient way to dispose of unwanted items responsibly — keeping them out of our yards, alleys, and public spaces.

Free Lawn Care Assistance

We also provide free lawn care services for elderly neighbors and community members facing financial hardship. A tidy yard shouldn’t depend on age or income — if you or someone you know could use a hand, reach out through our contact page.

This includes an overabundance of waste, such as large consumer items left undisposed, which contribute to unsanitary conditions, attract pests, and diminish the overall quality of life. Addressing blight requires community engagement, enforcement of local ordinances, and accessible waste disposal solutions to restore and maintain a vibrant, livable environment.

  • We provide assistance to anyone in Silver Bay who is unable to maintain the exterior of their residence — including minor trash removal, lawn care services, and consultation for large refuse removal. We also coordinate with local authorities to reach out to individuals in need.
